The IET Ottawa Network has about 300 members in the Ottawa/Hull/Kingston area. The National Capital Region is the centre of high-tech in Canada, and many of our members work in communications, consumer electronics, the defence industry and the public service.  The Ottawa Network offers a programme of interesting technical talks and visits during the year.. These events can be enjoyed by IET members, their colleagues, members of other professional organisations and indeed any member of the general public. The IET Network is committed to providing engineering knowledge to as many people in the Ottawa Area as possible.

 

Chairman's Message

May 2008 - I would like to invite any member living in the Ottawa area to consider serving on the IET Ottawa committee for the 2008-2009 session. Its a lot of fun and you will be making an active contribution to the running of the Institution and the Ottawa Engineering community in general.
